Cooking Instructions
1. In a large, deep frying pan, pour enough canola oil or cooking oil to submerge the pork cutlets.
2. Heat the oil over medium heat to 160-170°C (320-338°F). If you don't have a thermometer, drop some breadcrumbs from the pork cutlet into the oil. If the breadcrumbs bubble and rise to the surface within 3 seconds, the oil is ready.
3. Once the oil is ready, add the pork cutlets and fry over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
4. When the breading turns golden brown, flip the cutlets and fry for an additional 3 minutes until deeply golden.
5. After frying, drain the excess oil from the cutlets using paper towels. While the pork cutlets are cooking, heat the sauce in the microwave for 1 minute.
